About the teacher

Manu Oromith, Teacher

Manu is a certified yoga teacher from Spain. He has an authentic, non-judgmental, and practical teaching style. His objective in yoga is to improve flexibility, gain physical strength, and relax and unwind. Over 8 years ago he discovered the wonderful world of yoga and ever since, has been passionate about sharing it with others in a down to earth and realistic manner. Manu is also the Co-Founder of Samadhi and a Mental Health First Aider. He follows a vegan lifestyle, is very passionate about sustainability and has many hobbies, such as gardening, permaculture, crafting, reading and learning new things. Manu’s laid-back approach and kind heart has a warming and inspiring impact on our students and he is much loved by all. About his classes, he says: "I teach calm, breath-led yoga online, with a gentle nudge towards strength and ease. My classes are shaped by mindfulness, time outdoors, seasonal themes, simple cues (hopefully), and no fuss. I’m Spanish, based in South Wales, and I love helping people find a steadier, kinder relationship with their bodies (and their day). Expect slow flow and mindful mobility you can do from home, clear guidance, options for all levels, and space to breathe. My approach is influenced by Buddhist practice: patience, presence, and compassion. If you’re new to yoga or returning after a break, you’re very welcome here. Roll out a mat, open a window if you can, and let’s practice."
