Morning Yoga - 25 August 2025

Manu Oromith · 34 minutes · recorded August 25, 2025

Manu opens in tabletop with cat and cow, then a wrist warm up shifting the weight and turning the fingers, thread the needle and three legged dog into warrior two, from where the feet step wider apart to settle into the stretch on each side. Kneeling follows, increasing the distance between the knees to open the hips. Then bridge, or the palms beside the head pushing the floor away, and figure four on each leg. Cushions and blankets for the Savasana.
