Transform Your Mind: Buddhist Mind Training

A four-week course with David Oromith in lojong, the Buddhist mind training practices for turning emotional pain, anxiety and stress into wellbeing.

Over four weeks we explore Buddhist Mind Training techniques (lojong) that help us transform emotional pain, anxiety, and stress into mental well-being in ways that benefit us and the people around us. These practices are accessible to anyone seeking inner transformation, whether Buddhist or not. Recorded at a course in Kidwelly in March 2023.
