Guided Meditation - Meeting a Small Irritation

David Oromith · 19 minutes · recorded January 28, 2026

David asks you to bring to mind a small recent irritation, nothing traumatic, and to find where it lands in the body, a tightening or a heat you can name. When an urge to speak arises, you pause for one slow breath. He calls it heat and space: the feeling is real, and it is one part of a bigger field. Goodwill phrases close it.
