Guided Meditation - Mindfulness of Breathing, Whole Body

David Oromith · 24 minutes · recorded January 16, 2024

A shortened settling of body, speech and mind, then awareness spread through the whole body until the rhythmic movements of the breath stand out, felt in the torso, arms and head as well as the belly. You simply note whether each breath is long or short, and meet distraction by relaxing rather than gripping tighter.

Distraction and attention Mindfulness of breathing Shamatha (calm abiding)
