Guided Meditation - Settling Body, Speech and Mind in Their Natural States

David Oromith · 29 minutes · recorded January 9, 2024

The posture instructions come first, in detail, then three settlings. The body is held in relaxation, stillness and vigilance at once, the inner commentary is released with each out breath, and the mind is unburdened of hopes and worries until we rest awareness on the felt body. When it wanders, David asks you to relax deeper rather than try harder.
