Acceptance and Seeing Life As Like a River

David Oromith · 31 minutes · recorded July 3, 2022

Five slow breaths and a body scan lead into open awareness, where we welcome whatever arises, sound, sensation or thought, without labelling it good or bad. David develops the image of life as a river, sometimes gentle, sometimes turbulent, always flowing, using his and Manu's own house move as an example. He talks about the difference between accepting the current and fighting it, and finding what choice remains when nothing else can change.
