Habits, Labels and Transformation

David Oromith · 30 minutes · recorded June 22, 2025

In the meditation we rest the mind like an open sky, watching thoughts and emotions pass through it like clouds without becoming them. David talks about how labelling ourselves as an angry or anxious person turns a passing habit into a fixed identity, and shares his own trigger around running late to show how, once we understand its cause, even a well worn habitual reaction can be retrained into a new default.
