Open Presence

David Oromith · 28 minutes · recorded March 24, 2024

In the practice called open presence we move in turn through the body, sight, sound and mind before opening to all six equally, witnessing whatever arises without following or analysing it. David describes this as a bird's eye view of experience, likened to watching the water pass from a riverbank, and explains how it can shift us from the tunnel vision of daily doing into a calmer sense of simply being. He leaves the meditation to speak largely for itself this week, with no separate talk.
