The Six Paramitas - Wisdom (Prajñā)

David Oromith · 30 minutes · recorded March 5, 2023

In this questioning meditation we examine the body itself, asking whether contact with a chair or the outline we call our body holds anything genuinely solid or permanent. In the final talk of this series on the six paramitas, David turns to wisdom, prajna, and the labels we add on top of raw experience: why a sound is not inherently annoying, why food becomes rubbish the moment it hits the bin, and why our stories about a broken cup or an inconsiderate neighbour are what actually cause our suffering.
