Guided Meditation - The Four Point Analysis of the Self

David Oromith · 25 minutes · recorded March 19, 2025

David asks you to arouse the gut sense of I, the one that flares when you feel embarrassed or offended, then to test whether it can be found: first inside the body and mind, then separate from them. Neither option holds. You rest in the conclusion that the self is a workable label rather than a permanent essence, and dedicate the merit.
