A Dharma Dummies Guide to Dream Yoga (January 2026)

A one-day workshop with Charlie Morley on building a personal dream yoga practice step by step, for those with a connection to a Buddhist lineage, 31 January 2026.

For anyone who wants to get into dream yoga but is confused by the techniques, or unsure which of these teachings they are allowed to practise. Charlie Morley sets out how to build a personal dream yoga practice: step by step protocols, how to meditate inside a lucid dream, Padmasambhava's four stages of dream yoga, practising guru yoga in the dream state, and making a dharmic dream plan. It draws on the practices of Lochen Dharma Shri and Namgyal Rinpoche among others, alongside what Charlie was taught directly by Lama Yeshe Rinpoche and Akong Tulku Rinpoche. Nothing in it needs initiation or empowerment, though those already initiated into a yidam practice will find more in it. Aimed at people who have taken refuge or have a strong connection to a Buddhist lineage. The second of the two Saturdays Charlie taught in January 2026.
