Learn to Meditate

A four-week introductory course in meditation with David Oromith, taking a different aspect of practice each week through guided meditation, talks and discussion.

These classes consist of easy-to-follow guided meditations, talks and discussions covering a different aspect of meditation and Buddhist mind training each week. The talks explore the inner causes of things like stress and anxiety, and provide you with new tools to reduce these and feel more positive and peaceful, no matter what’s going on in life. Recorded at a course in Kidwelly in January 2023.
